Allison Greenlee Korr, J.D.
Attorney Allison Greenlee Korr has a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She is admitted to practice in both the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan and holds a certificate as a civil mediator issued through the Michigan State Court Administrative Office. Allison also holds Certificates in the areas of Family Law and Probate and Estate Planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the Family Law Section and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Family Law - Allison handles all areas of family law matters, including Divorce, Custody, Parenting Time, Support, Alimony, Separate Maintenance and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). A child of divorce herself, she brings a realistic and personal approach to family law matters.
Bankruptcy - Allison also handles financial and bankruptcy matters, including foreclosure, garnishments, collections, repossessions, tax issues and debt relief. Allison does both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Probate and Estate Planning - Allison works with clients to not only create Estate Plans, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Wills, but also litigates and assists with probating estates.
